Symptoms

Watchlist from E1page giving a "Permission Denied" message although the watchlist is available to run from the watchlist drop down menu. This is intermittent issue sometimes it works as it should sometimes it gives the error. Also rendering of watchlist is taking longer from E1page than what it takes from the drop down menu.
