Purpose

Overview

This document provides information for preparing for Affordable Care Act Health Coverage Information Returns.  

JD Edwards Affordable Care Act (ACA) Position Statement

Under Section 6055 and 6056 of the Internal Revenue Code, the IRS requires employers to provide information to the IRS and to employees about the health coverage offered to their full-time employees.  Oracle JD Edwards is currently researching this aspect of the Affordable Care Act Legislation.
