E1: FIN: The Batch Status is Incorrect in F0911 When Setup Row Security With CO Key

A user has following 2 roles that enable to view and update record in F0911 for different company.
- Role 1: Enable to view and update record in F0911 for company 00001.
- Role 2: Enable to view and update record in F0911 for company 00002.
Now A user creates 2 journal batches for company 00001 and 00002.
When he log in with Role 1 and submit to post these 2 batches, the one for company 00001 is correctly posted, but the one for company 00002 fails with error.
The batch status of the batch for company 00002 is posted, but the postes code in F0911 is blank.
