E1: 46: No Standard Pack For Item When Creating Orders Using P4210

Sales Order standard application P4210 is sending emails even when an item has been setup not to recommend carton.
1. The doc type SO is set to recommend standard packs in P40040.
2. Setup in P46011 for an item is set to have no carton recommendation.
3. Created an order using P4210 and found that it is populating F4615 however it sends an email saying no standard pack information could be found as this is not setup for that item. This results in sending an email for each order line saying that no standard pack information exists for item.
