Symptoms

The current system functionality allows changes to be made to a POSTED journal (F0911). As a result, inventory users can make unauthorised changes to a Posted journal created by the inventory transfer/adjustment thus causing integrity issue.  The system should allow user to decide whether they allow changes to be made to a posted journal.
