E1: OVR: Accessing OVR From An External Domain With Jas Server Behind A Load Balancer (Doc ID 1956278.1)

Symptoms

The following errors occurs when attempting to run One View reports from JDE, if a SSL load balancer is used to connect to JDE from external domain urls.

Error Messages:

"System cannot access the report because it does not exist anymore on the BIP server. Please contact your system administrator to delete the report definition."

"Error Occurred"

No Data to Display"

Steps to Duplicate

1. Access JDE from an external domain
2. Run One View Report from JDE Web client

E1root log might contain the below error message:
