Symptoms

When creating a configuration via P3210 and selecting a completed item from stock and then deleting the Lot Serial Number in Sales Order Entry (P4210 or P42101) and accessing P3210 again via the Kit/Config Exit, the P3210 Configuration screen loads with blank UDC Segment answers.
