E1: M51: "Server Unable To Process Request" Error When Using M51050 Mobile Field Progress Entry (Doc ID 1957525.1)

Symptoms

Access the M51050 - Field Progress Entry application on a tablet and enter a job number, select an account (Cost Code, Cost Type) and go to the Labor tab
to enter time for an employee.  When the SAVE option is selected, Error "The server is unable to process the request" is generated. This error is also generated when trying to process equipment time entry on the equipment tab.
