DESCRIPTION OF PROBLEM
======================
When additional charges are made to a work order after the inventory
completion transaction is done,100% of the time the 3210 AAI is used by the R31804 for the additional IC
journal entry, regardless of whether or not the inventory is still present.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
==================
1. Both purchased and manufactured item are sales/inventory cost method 02 /
inventory cost level 2.
BOMs are multi-level. Finished goods (shippable) are serialized, sub
assemblies are not.
2. Material is back flushed at completion. (Serialized work order have
multiple completions recorded in the Cardex) The F4105 is updated with the
new cost (cost level 2).
3. Next the finished item may or may not be shipped.
4. Hours and Quantities runs after completions.
5. R31802A is run and generates journal entries for IM, IH, and IC (IC does
not include additional labor).
6. Run R31804 and IC is generated for additional labor. Regardless if
shipped or still in stock, the AAI 3210 account is used, but does not differenciate between the doc types in the processing options. IC should be used if in stock, SO for the portion that has shipped. Shipped or in inventory, all R31804 adjustments go the the same account number

DESIRED OUTCOME
===============

When inventory is still in stock, AAI 3130 should be used to update inventory
value, Cardex IC should update the value with extended cost adjustment, and
F4105 should be adjusted for the cost change.

When inventory is NOT in stock, AAI 3210 should be used to adjust the value cost of goods sold.

As a solution, client suggests the following processing options with corresponding code change:

Processing Options – “Process” Tab – R31804

5. AAI for product variance ________
  (No qty on-hand and no change to item unit cost)
  Blank – default to AAI 3210

6. AAI for unit cost changes ________
  (Qty on-hand; unit cost gets changed)
  Blank – default to AAI 3210
