E1: 13: Add Check Box Option to Equipment Status Change Values Group Box

Currently when using the Work Order Mass Update functionality (P48022 calling P48714), the user has the option to update the Equipment Status on assets linked to the corresponding work orders. If the New Equipment Status field is left blank and blank is valid in the UDC, the system will update all assets linked to the work orders to equipment status blank. This is working as designed based on Bug 16574787:
‘WO Mass update program updates the equipment status to blank while updating work order status only when the PO is set to display the status change values on the form. If the PO is set to hide the values, then the equipment status is not updated.’
Therefore, if the user wants to have the Equipment Status Change Values group box active, a value must always be entered in the New Equipment Status field if they do not want the status updated to blank.
The request is to add the following to the P48714 application in order to avoid inadvertent equipment status updates when using the Work Order Mass Update:
1. Add a check-box to the P48714 close to the New Equipment Status field that allows the user to bypass updating the equipment status. This new check-box should also control appearance of two fields: New Equipment Status and Update Equipment Children. If the check-box is checked, these two fields should be visible/enabled. If the check-box is unchecked, these two fields should be disabled.
2. Add a processing option to the P48714 that has the default value for the new check-box.
