E1: 32: P311221 Configured Duplicate Operation Sequences (Doc ID 1961236.1)

Last updated on DECEMBER 15, 2015

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Configurator - Version 9.1 to 9.1 [Release 9.1]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

R31410 – Work Order Processing
P311221 – Hours and Quantities Update

A configured item has multiple configured sub-assemblies and routings.
There are 2 Operation sequences “10.00” in the WO routing because they are pulled from different sub-assemblies and the work centers are different.
WC1 - OP Seq # 10 - assembly (populated from the parent cfg item)
WC2 - OP Seq # 10 - forging (populated from the sub assembly CFG item)

When doing H & Q update (P311221) for the WO routing Op Seq#10, the system is considering the first operation sequence encountered in the F3112. Using the older version (XE), it used to re-sequence the operation sequences of configured children sub-assemblies and assign unique operation sequence numbers.
On the P311221 it cannot be entered any record against a particular Work Center.
