P3292 - Cross Segment Editing Rules (CSERs)

Currently, there is no option for using CFG tables as a replacement of *VALUES Definition.
There is a need to have the system using a new command called *TABLE as an enhancement to *VALUES, as used in Cross Segment Editing Rules for cross-checking the validity of Segment answers. *TABLE would then reference a specific Configured table with only one answer allowed and that being 1 or 0 based on the condition being tested.

IF 10 EQ *TABLE -> (Reference a table, e.g. 32/TS with values = Large, Medium, Small)
*   20 EQ  NORMAL

This would then allow the values Large, Medium, Small to be used for Cross References across many items simply by referencing a single Table, e.g. 32/TS. This makes maintenance of values a lot easier as, currently, users need to maintain the *VALUES values across multiple configured items at item level.
The advantage of using *TABLE would be that a single table could be changed and have multiple items modified at once.
