E1: 08ES: Email Link for Review/Validate Automatic Deposition Instructions (P055011) Doesn't Work (Doc ID 1963719.1)

Symptoms

Workflow Update Employee Auto Deposit I (UPDTEMPAUT) link sent to approve Auto Deposit Instruction change requests is not working when sent to an approvers email.   The email link is too long (over 1000 characters) and will not work with a web browser.

1. Workflow Update Employee Auto Deposit I (UPDTEMPAUT) is turned on from Process Master (P98800) and the Recipient Rules for REQAPPROVL (the approver) is setup in Workflow Modeler for an Address Book (P01012) number that has an email (P01111).
2. An employee uses Employee Self Service (menu G05BESS1) to launch Auto Deposit Instructions (P055011 W055011A) which allows entry of up to 3 bank instruction changes and 1 remainder account and clicks Save.
3. An email is sent to the approver but the the link is too long (over 1000 characters) and if clicked on the browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, or Chrome) will not successfully launch EnterpriseOne and the form Review/Validate Automatic Deposition Instructions (P055011 W055011B).
