Symptoms
After upgrading Tools Release for EnterpriseOne Clustered Instance configured on WebLogic Server, the second cluster node fails to start and When accessing the clustered URL it loads a blank page. If Tools Release is rolled back everything works fine.
Following message appears in WebLogic log when starting the instance:
