E1: GRID: Import from Excel Does Not Work for Tools Release 9.1.5 through 9.1.5.4 (Doc ID 1964740.1)

Symptoms

Starting with TR 9.1.5.0 import from Excel does not work.

In multiple applications when trying to import from Excel it will not load the records into the application.

STEPS TO DUPLICATE

  1. Fastpath P0902Z1 Work With Batch Account Balances
  2.  Form Exit - Upload Records
  3.  Import from Excel 200 records
  4.  Click Apply - the data is loaded into import Assistant
  5.  Click Continue
  6.  It returns to the application but no records are inserted.
