E1: E1Page: OVR Report Hangs When Launched from EnterpriseOne Page for Tools Release 9.1.5

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Starting with Tools Release 9.1.5, when attempting to open E1Page for OVR reports by Task, the E1Page shows a spinning dial and hangs in loading stage.
No errors are displayed on screen or are captured in jde.log or JAS log.
The OVR report is rendered successfully when:
- running task from fastpath OR Navigator Menu
- running from application OVR menu
- running OVR from E1Pages, where the OVR TaskID is set in the dat file [@A:task=OVRTaskID]
The E1 Page for OVR by Task is not rendered when using ShortcutLauncher or OVReportLaunch.
The same behavior occurs for new or exiting E1Page and the same behavior occurs for published E1Page and for E1Page pre-view.
