Symptoms

When creating a New Item (Branch) record (P4102/P41021), add an option that would not allow a Blank Primary location to created for the Item Branch Record.  Currently, there is no functionality that will "error" or not allow a user to create a Blank Primary Location.

Have a processing option or setting to allow users to determine if they want to use a Blank Primary Location or a named primary location (non Blank).
