E1: 41: Need Option To Put All Items that Enter a Location On Hold

Symptoms
Currently, hold codes can only be applied by item/lot/location level (F41021.LOTS). Need the capability to setup a location in the Location Master (F4100) that is not item specific where any item going into that location is automatically placed on-hold.
Examples of Locations where any inventory going into the location is automatically placed on hold might include
- Scrap Locations
- Repair Locations
- Quarantine Locations
- Material Review Board Locations
- Inspection Locations
- Test Locations
These locations would be not item-specific.
