Information in this document applies to any platform.
If commission records are not created during order entry, possibly because salesperson information was not setup at the time the order was created, the way to trigger creation of commission records is to trigger a change to the order through through the sales order entry application, P4210/P42101.
If the order has been ship confirmed or processed through sales update the order wouldn't be revised using P4210.
