Symptoms

For OSHA - 300 Injury and Illness Report (R086401) the annual average number of employees and total hours worked by all employees last year for an establishment is not matching the Employee Transaction History (F0618).

The report calculation of 'Annual average number of employees' and 'Total hours worked by all employees last year' is incorrect if:
1. When an employee is attached to an establishment through Supplemental Data (P00092 ZJDE0011) an ending date is not entered. The employee is not included.
2. When an employee is attached to an establishment through Supplemental Data (P00092 ZJDE0011) and the effective date entered is a prior year and/or the ending date is in the future the fetch to the F0618  'Employee Transaction History' is using the F00092 Effective and Ending date for Date Worked.
