E1: 08: OSHA - 300 Injury and Illness (R086401) Manage Excluded Pay Type (Doc ID 1967350.1)

The OHSA 300 report (R086401) should follow government requirements when calculating the total hours worked by all employees.
Currently when the report fetches F0618 history if the F0618 PDBA exists in F069036 with XTYP (Cross Reference) of "R" it isn't included in the Total hours.  This works to exclude rollover pay types (sick and vacation) but doesn't exclude STD, jury duty, holiday pay types.

Customer is requesting to use a category code in pay type which could be set to "Y" to include or "N" not to include.  That way each customer can specify themselves.
