E1: 17: Price History From Parts List Is Lost When Copy WO Details (Doc ID 1967487.1)

Symptoms

1. When user copies a Service Order using the 'Copy WO Details' option, the Price History attached to the original Service order parts list is lost.

2. When copying an existing work order that has advanced pricing details in it, the WO created by copy will have the part list information but the advanced pricing will not default
