E1: 03B: Cannot Open Invoices With Batch Status "U" (In Use) in Update Mode (P03B2002/P03B11)

Using P03B2002 application, while trying to inquire upon an invoice in update mode, the application does not open the invoice entry screen (P03B11) in update mode. The P03B2002 inquiry form gets refreshed and the inquiry form appears again with no error or warning messages. This happens particularly for Invoices having Batch Status "U" In Use in the Batch Header (F0011) table.
