When attempting to review the UBE for the Invoice Generation (R52121) the following error occurs.

UBE: Retrieve of UBE failed. The File may not exist on the Enterprise Server.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Invoice Generation (R52121)
2. Attempt to view UBE for submitted jobs
3. Error is received
