When entering or updating a Contract via P1721 - Contract Revisions, the following hard error is given:

0269 - Unit of Measure Conversion Unsuccessful

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to P1720 - Contract Entry
2. Click Add to access P1721 Contract Revisions
3. Enter Contract details, tab out of row and note above error.
