E1: 49: Greater Than 999 F0911 JELNs Created By R4981 (Doc ID 1970840.1)

R4981 allows more than 999 JELNs (journal entry line numbers) to be created
in the F0911. When the client runs R4981, they run it with data selection set
to select on shipment status and this is why they have such big carrier
batches that exceed the 999 lines.  As a result of R4981 writing more than
999 JELN line numbers, when they attempt to do a freight adjustment in P4981,
they get a data truncation SQL Exception error which prevents any adjustments
from being made.  The P4981 data truncation SQL Exception error is the result
of LNID being limited to 6 numeric characters and JELN being limited to 7
numeric.  Hence the LNID truncation when trying to do the F4981 insert. P4981
retrieves the last Journal Line No from the F0911 and  passes it to the LNID
Line number field in the F4981.  See Bug 20222636 for the P4981 adjustment
data truncation issue.
