The Equipment Status is being updated to Blank in the F1201 file when it should not be updated. A common practice in all industries is to dispose of Assets throughout the year for the AA ledger as the asset is retired. Then at year end, the Tax ledgers are disposed of for those Assets. When the disposal is run for the assets that have already been disposed of (At Year End) the disposal program should not be updating the Equipment Status to Blank. If the Equipment Status is left blank it updates the equipment status to Blank which is a valid value for most customers. All other fields in the processing options that are set to blank are not updated.
