Symptoms

When attempting to enter an Order using the P4210, the user accessed the "Additional information tab" before inputting a customer number and tabbed out of the first control. When the user goes back to the "Sales order header tab" the following error occurs:

3490 - Customer Master Information Missing

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. P4210. Click Add in header version. Form W4210G loads.
  2. Without entering any data select "addional information tab".
  3. Tab from Adjustment Schedule control to Payment Terms control.
  4. Select the sales order header tab again and error will be set. Error will not clear.
