When attempting to enter an Order using the P4210, the user accessed the "Additional information tab" before inputting a customer number and tabbed out of the first control. When the user goes back to the "Sales order header tab" the following error occurs:
3490 - Customer Master Information Missing
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- P4210. Click Add in header version. Form W4210G loads.
- Without entering any data select "addional information tab".
- Tab from Adjustment Schedule control to Payment Terms control.
- Select the sales order header tab again and error will be set. Error will not clear.
