Symptoms

Created new custom environment using Environment Director application (P989400) and a successful full package has been deployed for the same. Users on FAT Clients can login to this environment but login to "J" Environment in HTML Server Instance fails with below message in e1root.log:

Have already verified, records for this environment do exists in F96511 and P9654A.
