E1: 17: BSSV getServiceOrderV2 Is Not Passing Certain Fields (Doc ID 1981627.1)

Symptoms

Using the BSSV JP170000 getServiceOrdersV2 for service work orders. Certain fields are not being passed via the getServiceOrderV2 BSSV model.

Fields which fail to get passed:

  1. Quantity Order (0.00)
  2. LOTN Lot/Serial Number (Lot/SN)
  3. Item Number (Second Item Number)
