Last updated on NOVEMBER 30, 2015

Applies to:

Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

While setting up the Affordable Care Act it is noticed that Hours of Service report (R081161) has to be run from within the ACA Workbench application (P081162), and that the user is not prompted for data selection or processing options when the report is submitted.
We need to be able to track for only employees that have reached the eligibility threshold when the report is run to build the workfile. For example, if the period being tested is 2/1/15, it isn't needed to track or create any records involving employees that have not worked the full term of the measurement period (someone that started on 6/2/14 should not need to be tracked and determined at that time). How can this be prevented this from happening?

Customer needs to be able to track for employees that only have reached the eligibility threshold when running the R081161 report to build the workfile.  For example, if the period being tested for is 2/1/15, they do not need to track or create any records involving employees that have not worked the full term of the measurement period (someone that started on 6/2/14 should not need to be tracked and determined at that time).

Requesting a R081161 processing option or a control added to the ACA Employee Eligibility (P081161) to manage this.
