IBM i on POWER Systems
WebSphere Application Server configured on iSeries box freezes up intermittently. During this period none of the users are able to login and the already logged in users are not able to work on any applications. Server Manager also does not show any information about this Web Server at this time.
The only message shows in e1root.log for JAS instance at this time is:
But resultSetTimeout is already tuned as per <Document 645993.1> - E1: JAS: JAS_MSG347 Error Message Occurs When Grid Fetch Times Out.
