E1: JAS: Session Time Out Not Clearing Record Reservation

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When a user session is timed out, the record reservations are not getting cleared. This issue affects multiple applications, for example when working on Billing Batches, if user drills into the batch changing the batch status, but then when the session times out, the batch is still flagged as in use. No errors appear in the logs.
