E1: 47: Multiple F4714 EDI Header Text Attachments are Being Concatenated

Symptoms
When attaching multiple (3) F4714 Header attachments to and 850 Inbound Transaction using R47011, attachments are concatenating into a single string when processed and not separated
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. P47010; Status Inquiry add new order by populating min required fields for both F47011 Header and F47012 Detail records
2. Exit to Header Attachments and add 3 Text attachments
3. R47011; Process order
4. P4210; Review newly created sales order and see that the attachments have all been combined into a single string concatenated in one attachment.
