In the catering industry finished goods (meals) are provided to consumers, for example airlines.  A supplier delivers the meals and uses a purchase order generated in EnterpriseOne to track the transaction. Temperatures of the raw materials are recorded when the material enters the caterers facility.  The temperature is recorded throughout the delivery cycle. If the temperature does not meet standards, the item is rejected.

Customers need a way to record temperature information throughout the lifecycle of the item, from raw materials to finished goods and from finished goods to delivery to consumers.
