Symptoms

Deployment of an update package with multiple language and domestic language, show below error messages in package build kernel logs.

PDFs show package deployed successfully, however changes made in objects for domestic language does not get deployed.

Sample error when database is SQL.

ODB0000164 - STMT:00 [23000][2627][2] [Microsoft][SQL Server Native Client 10.0][SQL Server]Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint 'F98750DV910FB_PK'.Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'DV900.F98750DV910FB'.
ODB0000164 - STMT:01 [01000][3621][2] [Microsoft][SQL Server Native Client10.0][SQL Server]The statement has been terminated.

Sample error when database is Oracle.

OCI0000178 - Unable to execute - INSERT INTO DV900.F98750DFB150329 (FTOBNM, FTAPPLID, FTTEXTID, FTLNGP, FTSY, FTFDABLOB, FTJDEVERS, FTMRGMOD, FTMRGOPT, FTFFU1, FTFFU2) VALUES (:BND1,:BND2,:BND3,:BND4,:BND5,:BND6,:BND7,:BND8,:BND9,:BND10,:BND11)
OCI0000179 - Error - ORA-00001: unique constraint (DV900.F98750DFB150329_PK) violated
