E1: 41: Status Reason Not Saved In Lot Master

Symptoms
Work with Lot Master (P4108) contains two forms:
1. Lot master revisions (W4108A)
2. Location Lot Status Update (W4108C)
When entering a lot status code (LOTS) in W4108A the lot status code will be populated to W4108C as the new LOTS after clicking OK. When entering the status reason code (STRCD) in W4108A it will not be populated to W4108C.
Desired solution is that Status Reason (STRCD) will be populated from W4108A to W4108C and that the last record will be saved in F4108 and displayed in W4108A.
