Symptoms

R89078501 (ADP Periodic File TC)

R89078501 (ADP Periodic File TC) combines the tax information from multiple ADP companies into a single ADP company record. When ADP companies and check dates change in writing the .prl file the totals are supposed to start over, but this does not always occur. In the event that multiple interim checks with different check dates are picked up in the same payroll this can cause trailing Federal records to show out of sequence and result in ADP company records combining under a single ADP company number.
