Symptoms

Users are getting Web Client Exceptions on accessing EnterpriseOne applications when setting the zoom level for Google Chrome Browser 100 % or higher. For example, when selecting "Matrix Control Line Number" column in Sales Order Application (P4210) when browser zoom is set at 110%, users get below message on the screen:
