After creating a Failure Analysis (P17767) and creating this on a work order through the Failure, Analysis, and Resolution on the work order, when the Modify Failure Record check box is accessed, the current Failure Description which has already been selected is getting wiped out when all the user wants to do is to add text to the text box for this Failure. Since this is happening, the user then has to go through the Failure tree again to re-select the failure instead of just adding text to the text box.
When the Analysis and Resolution Tabs are accessed and the Modify Analysis and Resolution Records are taken, the values do NOT get wiped out and the user can add text to the record without having to access the tree again.
