Intermittently getting this error: ORA-12519: TNS:no appropriate service handler found.
Call object kernels and UBE kernel fail to connect to database. Servers need to be restarted as a workaround.
After services restarted, users can work for few hours or till next day, the same issue appears.
Same error found in Call Object Kernel log and UBE Kernel log:
