P4210- Sales Order Entry

DESCRIPTION OF PROBLEM
======================
When attempting to add a non-stock line to a new or existing order that has
the advanced inventory commitment preference activated in P4210, the line
does not get added after clicking save in P4210. Review of the logs show
Return value is 2 for F4211FSEditLine. (BSFNLevel = 1).

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
==================
1. Set up a inventory commitment advanced preference.
2. Enter a one line sales order using a P4210 version with the advanced
preference and inventory commitment preference activated.
3. Reinquire on the order and add a F (non stock) line to the order and click
Save.
4. Reinquire on the order and the F line did not get added.
