E1: 42: Child Lines Do Not Get Cancelled When Parent Line Is Cancelled During Order Entry For Kits (Doc ID 1987266.1)

Child Lines do not get cancelled when a parent line is cancelled during order entry for Kits.

The following are the steps to replicate the issue:

  1. Take an existing Order and enter a new line in SO Detail with item which is stocking type K
  2. Select all Kit components on Kit Component Screen. (In our case, all Kit components are selected by Default)
  3. Now cancel the parent line which was entered in Step 1. The line will be cancelled and will be removed from the screen.
  4. Complete the Order. Now the parent line no longer appears on Detail but the child lines do. Now you cannot cancel these child lines interactively and they need to cancelled via backend.

When you cancel the kit parent item all its component should be canceled too
