E1: 09E: Allow Authorized User to Enter another Employee’s Expense

EMS provided a function to allow an authorized user to enter an expense report for the behalf of another employee as long as that user is properly set-up in the Employee Profile Entry - Employee Profile Revisions (Multiple Employee Authority box is checked) and the associated Employee Profile Entry - Address Parent / Child Relationship Parent set-up with valid Employee Profile Entry address book number. The functionality was consequently removed possible audit reasons.
