Last updated on DECEMBER 12, 2017

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Tools - Version 9.1 to 9.1 [Release 9.1]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

When a user tries to copy and paste a single cell in a grid using Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V, EnterpriseOne copies a record for an entire row instead of a single cell in a grid.  This issue is specific to Internet Explorer 11

Steps to duplicate the issue:

  1. Access the UDC screen by typing UDC in the fast path
  2. Inquire on a record to review. Example 00|DT
  3. Select a record (eg, $A)
  4. Highlight a single cell and Ctrl+C to copy the value (eg, Argentina)
  5. Open Notepad and Ctrl+V to paste

In the notepad, "$A    Eventual Withholdings    Argentina         N" is copied instead of "Argentina"
