Symptoms
In a branch with cost by work center active in the Manufacturing Constants, if material is issued to a different branch than what was originally attached on the parts list, the R31802a will double completed A1 costs in the Production Cost file (F3102). This occurs when the issuing branch has a zero cost under specific circumstances.
