E1: 43E: Incorrect Approval Route Assigned To PO Generated From RSS Requisition (P43E060) (Doc ID 1991094.1)

Last updated on JULY 16, 2018

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Requisition Self Service - Version 9.1 to 9.1 [Release 9.1]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

RSS has the functionality to Delegate another requestor to create requisitions on their behalf.

When the delegated requestor creates an OR on behalf of the Originator, and proceeds to generate the PO from the P43E060, the approval Route Code triggered in the P4310 PO Entry is using the delegated requestor's Address Book number instead of the original Originator's Address Book number.

The PO Entry P4310 version has Approvals processing set to 1 "The address book record for the person entering the order"

In the F4311, the OR Requested By (AREQ) was updated into the Transaction Originator (TORG) and the Delegated Requestor (the person who generated the order) was updated into the User ID field (USER)
