ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  
---------------
When an employee works in two different New York counties in the same pay period, the Excludable Wages for Tax Type LR (Commuter Tax) are not getting reported correctly. The tax amounts are correct, but the excludable is not.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The Tax Detail screen should show the Excludable Wage amount for both counties in which the employee worked.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a time card for employee that works in the two different geocode areas
2. Run payroll through P07210
3. Review Tax Detail screen. Note that the Excludable Amount is showing for one of the tax areas but not both.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, the wrong amount of Excludable Wages are being reported.
