Symptoms

R3482 and R3483 give unexpected Cancel messages under the following conditions:
1) When an Expedite and Decrease is expected
2) When both the Supply Orders and Demand Orders are Past Due (a new O Messages is give to replace the one canceled)
3) When a Decrease is expected
4) When the Supply is only needed to meet the Safety Stock Level

In some cases an Open Cursor error is given and MRP fails to complete.
