Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

R77410 (Print T4 Forms - Employee Copy)

Printed employee names are incorrect when they have a two-part first name (i.e. Mary Ann Marie Walcott, where Mary Ann is the person's first name). R77410 (Print T4 Forms - Employee Copy) perceives the second-part name as a middle name and subsequently outputs only the first letter of the second-part name and eliminating the actual middle name if one existed. In this case the employee name is printed on the T4 as "Walcott Mary A.", but it is desired to show as "Walcott Mary Ann M."

Desired Outcome: The T4 output must contain the full employee first name if it is a two-part name separated by a 'space'.
